New, innovative materials provided the unique look that meshed with established design elements from the corporate headquarters and created the finished product that the client was seeking.

The NRP Group, an aggressively expanding Cleveland based building and development company needed to expand their San Antonio office after four years. The firm moved into the ninth floor of the Concord Plaza Office building in suburban San Antonio. The assignment for David Hawkins Design Management was to develop the 1600 square feet of space in the style of NRP’s Cleveland office. The new office also needed to have an identity that fit with the San Antonio metropolitan market. To successfully complete the project for move-in in 6 months, the design team needed to have the office components and millwork manufactured in Akron and shipped to San Antonio.
