Beacon 430

The Beacon 430 is a classic Mediterranean style community that feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. Located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, within walking distance to local restaurants and nightlife and minutes away from the most pristine beaches on the Gulf Coast, this upscale residence was inspired by the mellow vibe of Florida's Sunshine City. The design team was challenged to create a sophisticated urban oasis in the middle of one of Florida's sun-drenched tourist destinations. A home where residents can enjoy contemporary amenities that fit with the relaxed pace of the beach and an upscale urban neighborhood.
